    Number one thing is I just started my account with y’all and I was going to log out and then let my mom use my phone and open her an account but it won’t let me….

      Hi Jessica – Tap the three lines in the upper right-hand corner then the LOGOUT at the top right. Then tap those three lines again after you’re signed out and have your mom click the JOIN NOW link and fill in her info. You’ll need to have her use a different email address than yours.     I registered with your company a while ago and I still have not received any samples or anything in the mail. I do however receive numerous text messages. How can I check the status of my account. Your website advertises that upon signing up you receive samples in the mail, but that has not been the case.

    I’m trying to figure out how to change my info because you guys have my baby weeks and all wrong it’s showing he’s 18 weeks and he’s not and I never got any of the coupons or anything that I’ve signed up for I also receive a lot of scam calling so would like my number removed

In regards to phone calls, we only collect phone numbers as a part of our SMS program and never call ourselves or share your phone number with any third parties. Our communication with our members is on our site, through email or SMS, and our social channels. We do have links on our site to third party websites that may request a phone number as a part of their registration process. I hope this helps to clear up any confusion. Thank you.

    I am getting very disappointed. I’ve signed up for this for everyone of my pregnancies (that is 4 of them) and have never received anything. No coupons, no free diapers (which was my main reason for signing up), no formula, or any other types of samples. I just end up being sent to survey after survey. I have literally spent 4 straight hours doing surveys to see if it went anywhere. I’m starting to believe this page is a scam.

    I’ not often on the computer at all but when I found out I was expecting over a year ago now I signed up with this site. I have been getting magazines and really great offers and even samples. It was really great, but now it is just a sad reminder. I lost the baby early on and couldn’t remember my password for my email 🙁 but I really found it all very helpful & exciting even so keep up the good work and good luck to you all. Thank you, Valerie

    While I got a link for your site that says free samples in your mailbox. But yet I have not seen anything, and I have not gotten the cup you guys were going to send to me. I think this is BS, that you show one thing and then when people contact you, you say something else. So which is it? You send them or not? Because if you don’t then you need to fix your links soit says enter to win free samples or you might end up getting sued for what it says

Many of our advertising partners offer free items, such as formula samples, diaper coupons, parenting magazines, carryalls, bottle coolers, baby coupons, etc. Once you complete the offer for these items by filling out your information, the request is fulfilled by the advertiser who sponsored the offer. You will not receive these items directly from EverydayFamily.
      We’re very sorry to hear that you may not have qualified for any of the offers you signed up for. This happens in very rare circumstances and is completely outside of our control, as the companies we partner with set the qualifications for their own offers which we host on our site.

      Hi there – I believe you have us confused with another Membership with EverydayFamily is completely free. We do not collect credit or debit card information, nor will we ever charge for your membership. We do send out third party offers from our advertising partners, some of which are completely free and others which may charge as part of a special deal. I recommend you check your bank statement to determine the name of the company that has charged you, and contacting them directly. If we can help to find contact information for the company that has charged you, please let us know. Thank you!
